Club Overview:

The Abbotsford Fish and Game Club offers shooting classes for both juniors and adults, using 22-cal. rifles. Emphasis is on gun safety and marksmanship in a program geared toward juniors and begginers of all ages.

The fee is around $5 per session. This covers supplies like ammunition and firearms, and safety gear like earmuffs. Range safety officer is present during each session, offering instruction in three shooting positions prone, kneeling and competition-style standing

The .22-cal. rifle instruction program is held every Monday night in the indoor range. The program starts Sept and goes to end of June. Starting time is 7:00pm and finish up around 9p.m.

Shooters are encouraged to record their scores every week which count towards badges for increasing levels of achievement.
